Welcome to Sazón AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sazón AI platform, available at sazonai.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). Sazón AI is operated by AXIOM Collective, located in Eagle Pass, Texas ("we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account, connecting a social media platform, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sazón AI is a bilingual marketing platform built for Latino-owned small businesses in the United States. The Service generates marketing content in English and Spanish using AI, and can publish content on your behalf to connected platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. The Service also provides scheduling, review response generation, and weekly performance digests.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or a business. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hola@sazonai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep that information up to date.
Sazón AI is offered as a monthly subscription in three tiers: Starter ($29/month), Growth ($59/month), and Pro ($99/month). Each tier includes monthly quotas for content generation, review responses, and other features described on our pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact hola@sazonai.com within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith.
You retain full ownership of all content generated for your business through the Service, including AI-generated posts, captions, hashtags, and review responses. We claim no ownership over your content or your brand materials.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (for example, to publish a post to Instagram on your behalf). This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Sazón AI uses large language models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate marketing content. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate, culturally misaligned, or inappropriate for your specific context. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
We are not liable for content that you choose to publish, for engagement performance, or for how platforms like Meta or Google handle your posts. The Service is a tool to assist your marketing, not a replacement for your judgment.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The Service integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Business Profile, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those platforms, including content removals or account restrictions.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails after reasonable retry attempts, or if required by law. On termination, we may delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will achieve any specific result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXIOM Collective and Sazón AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maverick County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
